We work hard to ensure your orders are processed in a timely manner, please allow us 2-3 business day for processing. If you order on a weekend we wont be able to process that order till the Monday (if it falls on a stat holiday it will be processed Tuesday).
We have a few different shipping options that will be available for you to chose which option works best for you. Currently we will be using Canada Post, Purolator and Curbside Pickup from the store. If you would like to make arrangements for other options please select Curbside Pickup and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the arrangement you have made.

Returns & Refunds
If you need to return the item(s) you purchased, we will gladly accept returned orders (not including sale or clearance items), providing the product is in new condition, smoke-free and contains no pet hair or other flaws. Colors may be different that what is shown on the site. We are not responsible if a color does not meet expectations, based on website photos, as computers can alter the true coloring of a fabric. There is no refunds on books and patterns.
For returns, send an email to email@example.com with the order number and the reason for return. We will respond promptly with details on how to procced with your return. Note: you must email us first before returning the item so that we can expect it and act on it promptly.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to email us regarding the return. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returnable item back to us. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be processed until item is received in conditions mentioned above.
We do our best to make sure every order is sent out correctly, but if a mistake is made with your order, please, let us know immediately. Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be corrected immediately at no cost to you.
We can not be held responsible for undelivered packages. In the event you did not receive a package please send us an email to email@example.com and we will assist in tracking the package to see if we can find out what happened to it. We cannot offer a refund in the event of a lost or undelivered package.
